In 2017, CHAUMET launched the L’Épi De Blé CHAUMET series of beads, paying tribute to the ear-themed jewelry that CHAUMET ordered for the French royal family in the 19th century. The biggest highlight of this series is the use of gold brushed finish, which makes these works more flexible and full of texture, showing the naturalism style of jewelry works.

The L’Epi de Blé or wheat ring by Chaumet is as much a sculpture as a jewel. This modern interpretation of the ancient symbol of plenty becomes a statement ring with a very contemporary look for today’s goddesses. Both the design and craftsmanship are so refined that yellow gold and diamonds mimic newly harvested wheat casually caught between the fingers. Wheat has long been a motif at Chaumet, and this ring is directly inspired by the 1811 wheat sheaf tiara created for the Empress Marie-Louise.
The new L’Epi de Blé de Chaumet wheat ring writes a new chapter in the brand’s tradition, expressing its unique personality, elegant and magnificent, swaying and dancing. The ring of the ring adopts wire drawing technology. Under the ears of wheat, two leaves are lightly interlaced, which vividly restores the rough wheat leaves for us. In the ear part, it is designed as golden grains wrapped with brilliant-cut diamonds, bright and flexible. The ring is limited to 40 pieces at selected boutiques.
