Question 1: How to know your price?
Answer: Please send us an inquiry for the jewelry price with your email address or other contact information, like facebook, Van Cleef personalizado, skype and wechat. One of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

Question 2: How to pay for my order?
Answer: We accept western union and bank transfer. 50% deposit and 50% before shipping – we will make video and photos of the the products to confirm with you before shipping. For small orders, you will need to pay in advance. For larger orders, the payment terms is negotiable.

Question 3: Do you make jewelry for personal buyer or only for wholesaler?
Answer: Actually many of our customers are personal buyers. You can order fine quality brand jewelry for your family, friends and yourself at factory prices. Even it will be great if you are a jewelry re-seller. Surely the price for wholeslaers will be a bit better. If you are a jewelry resellers, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Question 4: Does it come with original brand box?
Answer: Normally we don’t suggest with brand boxes considering on the shipping limit. But Yes, if it is a must, it will come with original packaging and certificate.
